Nomura Plating who operates “Large-size Machining + Surface Finishing.com” maintains hot grinding machine which enable us to grind roll body heatedly by means of adding water and/ or oil. This grinder can grind the roll in the desired range of temperature with pressure heat water of 200℃ and heated oil of 250℃ , that brings about improvement of product accuracy without fail. The roll shown in the above picture deflects at 198℃　pressure heated water and with specification of profile being below 5μm. Profile can be formed accurately that leads to secure uniform thickness of product, consequently can achieve quality improvement. The company meets with crown grinding, reverse crown grinding and hard chrome plating.
