Salient feature

This packing roll is to support from back side of paper so as to keep coating liquid optimum volume. The rotation in use becomes as high speed as 1,800m / min which requires severe motion balance. The Company manufacture the roll to satisfy the said needs by means of special inside diameter boring facilities to produce seamless in central portion. The Company also carries out bearing housing assembly and makes shipment of the roll under bearing clearance control.
