Salient feature

Our tough conductor (Conductive DLC) furnished by conductivity is effective to restrain adhesion of such soft materials of soldering as easily stick to electrode. Tough conductor added by salient feature of DLC composed of principal component of carbon, high hardness, non-pollution, smoothness and conductivity (specific resistance : 5 x 10-3Ω・cm) improves maintenance, restraining error caused by debris bonding which was left behind from chip condenser insulation test.
