Salient feature

Large-sized drum may take time of more than 4 months in producing large-sized drum before procurement of material after its procure arrangement. This large-sized roll, shown in the above picture, having suffered from surface corrosion, was unable to renew its surface by striking plating but was forced to produce new roll. However, there was no problem other than surface, therefore, replacement of external cell of drum could attain renewal of roll surface. This method made it possible to reduce the delivery time as well as production cost of roll at the same time.
