The Company developed highly quality improved SV blade (High accuracy plating blade) by adding the special surface finishing technology, keeping the low streak character of conventional plating blade. The SV blade has superior characteristics not only in initial conformability and streak but in painting volume reduction, long life, surface appearance. The frequency of streak occurrence of this high accuracy plating blade is lower than conventional ceramic blade.

High accuracy plating blade SV blade can produce thicker film thickness of cross section of 100μm than conventional thickness. Furthermore, the life of blade of SV blade has been prolonged two times longer than ordinary blade. Thus, reduction of maintenance cost can be reduced by the benefit of considerable reduction of blade maintenance and replacement frequency. As we can make design change according to the requirement of customer, we can meet with the production of high accuracy plating blade to comply with applications.
